I’ve been in D2d for over 10 years and I’ve seen more growth my short time at Pros than all the other years combined. We started our run here with close to 5 reps and have grown to over 250. We started by barely doing 15-20’ accounts a month to doing months over 500. The model is built to scale for those guys who truly seek alignment top down. The number one thing I’ve learned on my 3 year journey in solar sales is to just outwork everyone, and sell with a servants heart. Focus on getting 1% better each and every day and you’ll be 365% better in a full year. Just imagine yourself times 365. You have to build a relationship with the homeowner to help them win. When I knock a door, I tell myself. I’m going to help this person today. When you lead with that, you will sign more deals the the money will follow.
